She has worked in Human Resources for several years in industries such as Banking &amp; Finance, Information Technology, Health and Wellness, Entertainment and more. Daily she oversees the full suite of human resources operations, while being responsible for ensuring strategic alignment to the organization. She has a passion for leadership development and consults on organizational development. Developing and planning for the future leaders of tomorrow should be a top priority to all and having highly motivated, employee-oriented workplace cultures is key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kat is delighted to teach Learning and Development and Organizational Behaviour with ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ University\u2019s Sprott School of Business in the Human Resources Management Program.
