These standards ensure the ongoing protection of cardholder data and protects 杏吧原创 University from adverse financial consequences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Merchants <\/strong>\u2013 those who process, store, or transmit credit card information &#8211; may be required to change the way they process credit card information. This will result in better control over operations and a better model, including a mechanism to train new employees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customers<\/strong> \u2013 anyone who makes a credit card purchase from a campus vendor &#8211;\u00a0 will experience little to no impact.\u00a0 This change will be aligned with current best practices.
