Skelton: A Portrait of Canadian Ambition<\/em><\/a> (University of Toronto Press). The book, released in late-2015, delves into the legacy of O.D. The book explores the agency of the M\u00e9tis people between the 1800s and the early twentieth century as they moved back and forth across the Canadian-American border.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19465 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/fass\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/Norman-Hillmer-Book-Jacket-200x270.jpeg\" alt=\"Michel Hogue Book\" width=\"200\" height=\"270\"><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prix du Canada en sciences humaines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>French Prof. Patricia Smart, for her book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.editionsboreal.qc.ca\/catalogue\/livres\/marie-incarnation-nelly-arcan-2408.html\"><em>De Marie de l&#8217;Incarnation \u00e0 Nelly Arcan : Se dire, se faire par l&#8217;\u00e9criture intime<\/em><\/a> (\u00c9ditions du Bor\u00e9al).
