We are hiring graduate students for working on several projects including profiling environmental contaminants in the agri-food systems, green methods for food authentication, and point-of-need sensors for food packaging (intelligent packaging).<\/p>\n
Eligibility of applicants<\/u>:<\/p>\n
\n
Applicants should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in Food Science, Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Computational biochemistry or other closely related fields;<\/li>\n
Be highly motivated, open-minded, and passionate in interdisciplinary research;<\/li>\n
Be self-disciplined and adaptive to fast-paced learning and research environment;<\/li>\n
Have good teamwork skills and communication skills (both written and verbal in English);<\/li>\n
Previous benchwork experience in food analysis, spectroscopy, microfluidic, metabolomics, toxicology, machine learning, and\/or bioinformatics is preferred but not mandatory;<\/li>\n
Successful applicant(s) are expected to start early 2025 or later<\/u>.<\/li>\n
