She provided the group &nbsp;with &nbsp;useful career advice and shared her experience on Canada\u2019s relations with various countries. Her work &nbsp;focuses on the geopolitical area of the Arctic, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. &nbsp;Ms. Leclaire highlighted efforts to build and strengthen Canada\u2019s relations in the Caucasus region and Central Asia.
