The event will take place from <strong>2:30-4:00pm<\/strong> in the <strong>MacOdrum Library<\/strong> (room <strong>ML 482<\/strong>). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikhail Delyagin is a Russian author, politician, and economist. Dr. Delyagin had the opportunity to serve as a member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, in the Supreme Soviet Council from 1990 to 1991, as well as the Chairman of the Ideological Council of the Rodina political party.
