Nikolai <\/b><b>Zlobin<\/b><\/strong> is a well-known Russian-American political expert, journalist, and scholar. He has lived between Moscow and Washington for 20 years. He is the founder and president of the Center on Global Interests in Washington, D.C (2012), and has taught at &nbsp;Harvard, Stanford, and Georgetown.
