Applications are invited from members of the CUPE 4600 bargaining unit and other interested persons to teach selected European, Russian and Eurasian Studies courses during the Summer Term 2012. Please note the earlier application deadline<\/strong> for the EU Summer Study Abroad<\/strong> course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EURR 4002\/PSCI 4502:  Post-Soviet States and Societies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EURR 4204\/5204 (HIST 4604\/5604): Central Europe, Past and Present<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EURR 5108\/PSCI 5103: Canada-EU Relations: Summer Module <\/strong>(two week intensive course \u2013 3.5 hours a day for 10 days)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants for these positions should normally have a PhD in a relevant discipline and relevant areas of expertise and teaching experience. A course outline, CV, summary of teaching experience and, if possible, evaluations of previous courses, as well as two letters of recommendation and the Contract Instructor Application Form<\/a>, should be sent directly to the EURUS Director Jeff Sahadeo at jeff_sahadeo@carleton.ca<\/a> or EURUS, 杏吧原创 University, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ont. EU Summer Study Abroad: EURR 4302\/5302<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This .25 position involves organizational aspects associated with selection and preparation of students before they leave for the Study Tour in Europe in May 2012, as well a debriefing after the Tour at the end of the summer ; a EURUS faculty member will be the co-instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants for this position should normally have at least an MA degree in a relevant discipline as well as relevant areas of expertise and experience. Previous experience with the EU Study Tour is an asset.
