\n EURUS MA Student to Participate in CANADEM’s Election Observation Mission to Ukraine\n <\/h1>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

One of EURUS’ MA students, Christine Evans<\/strong>, has been selected to participate in CANADEM’s Election Observation Mission to Ukraine 2019<\/strong>. As a Short-Term Observer, Christine will be deployed to Ukraine for the first round of elections, and potentially for the secondary round of elections if they occur. She will be reporting to the headquarters of the Mission in Kiev and then will also be assigned to one of the provinces or city centres to observe the election to ensure that the election is carried out in a free and democratic manner. She will also be meeting Ukraine’s political parties and government leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
