Send us an email, <a href=\"mailto:esp@carleton.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">esp@carleton.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"to-the-referee\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">To the Referee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please write a letter\/email at least one page in length, using the guidelines below and email it to <a href=\"mailto:esp@carleton.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">esp@carleton.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All letters will be kept confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"guidelines-for-letter\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guidelines for Letter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please identify the applicant, the capacity in which you came to know them, and the length of your acquaintance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Include an assessment of the applicant\u2019s personal qualifications and suitability for university study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any information you can provide regarding the following areas would be helpful:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>communication skills (written and\/or oral)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>willingness to take initiative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>level of motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planning and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flexibility and adaptability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>willingness to accept responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leadership, analytical, problem-solving ability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>interpersonal skills, group interaction and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please provide examples of the qualities you describe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What are the applicant&#8217;s strengths and weaknesses?
