Keep an eye on your email &#8211; notifications will be sent late June\/early July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"registration-steps\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a id=\"reg\"><\/a>Registration steps<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Accept your offer of Admission<\/em><\/strong><br>Accept your offer of admission in <a href=\"https:\/\/360.carleton.ca\/\">杏吧原创360<\/a>. View your offer and follow the instructions to accept it. If that doesn&#8217;t work, try logging into 杏吧原创 Central, and follow <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/62\/how-to-accept-your-offer-fall-2024.pdf\">these instructions<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>How to register<br><\/em><\/strong>The Registrar&#8217;s Office has handy&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCECrC7x9V1zLi_qdEHEzf-Q\/videos\">how-to videos<\/a> and on their <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/registrar\/registration\/\">Registration<\/a> website.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PZ3TF9Jhh_Q\">Audit<\/a> to figure out which classes you should take.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and save a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0JGR_eDT5yE&amp;t=95s\">draft worksheet<\/a> and be ready when your time ticket comes up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Time Tickets<br><\/em><\/strong>Info about what a &#8220;time ticket&#8221; is and the schedule will be posted <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/registration\/dates\/timetickets\/\">here<\/a>.&nbsp; You will be able to check in 杏吧原创 Central when your time ticket is on or after June 17th. Click <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/esp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/62\/How-to-find-out-when-your-registration-time-ticket-begins.pdf\">here<\/a> for a detailed how-to.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you aren&#8217;t yet accepted to a degree, your time ticket will say August. If you do get into a degree and this date doesn&#8217;t change, <a href=\"mailto:esp.advising@carleton.ca\">email us<\/a> for help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Course Selection Advice<\/em><\/strong><a id=\"advice\"><br><\/a>The <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/academicadvising\/\">Academic Advising Centre<\/a> has advisors who are experts on graduation and program requirements. Here is a useful link from their website on how to read an <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/academicadvising\/your-academic-audit\/\">Audit<\/a> (you have an Admissions Audit in 杏吧原创 Central with your offer of Admission).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each department has a departmental advisor who can help with questions specific to courses and opportunities in your major (course advice, coop and practicum advice, etc.). Follow this link to find out who the departmental advisor for your new major is: <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/academicadvising\/departmental-advisors\/\">carleton.ca\/academicadvising\/departmental-advisors\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A couple of <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">ESP related tips<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are in a program with a <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/academicadvising\/your-academic-audit\/breadth-requirement\/\"><strong>Breadth requirement<\/strong>,<\/a> you may want to email the <a href=\"mailto:registrar@杏吧原创.ca\">Registrar<\/a> to request that your FYSM counts toward one of the breath categories. Not sure which it would qualify for? <a href=\"mailto:esp.advising@杏吧原创.ca\">Email us<\/a> for advice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some classes next year require <strong>second year standing<\/strong>, while others just require the first year intro course as a prerequisite. The main objective is to support students in the transition to employment by connecting them with quality hands-on work experience while supporting our Employer Champions in creating an accessible, inclusive, and diverse workplace.
