Prof. Leckie (along with a co-applicant from the University of Ottawa), received a Connection Grant for \u201cCommon Sense: Planetary Curriculums for a Planetary Commons.\u201d The project will be a six-part podcast series that revives, reframes, and amplifies the idea of the commons for this moment of climate peril. Prof. Murray&#8217;s Insight Grant is for \u201cA Literary History of \u2018Women-as-Index.\u2019\u201d The project uses literary analysis to explore the concept of women-as-index \u2013 which is used as a metric in the policy world of gender and development \u2013 in its own terms.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to Profs.
