(on unceded Musqueam territory). I study nineteenth-century politics and culture. One of my main interests is examining the poet Lord Byron&#8217;s relationship with Greece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How has your 杏吧原创 English degree informed your professional and\/or creative path?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I received my position at Langara College one month after I completed my Ph.D. My doctorate from 杏吧原创 led directly to a job for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why 杏吧原创? What specific experiences or opportunities did you benefit from while studying English at 杏吧原创?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I had an amazing time at 杏吧原创 and that is in large part thanks to my supervisor Paul Keen and advisors Julie Murray and Andrew Wallace. All three were so generous with their time and knowledge; they made me a better scholar over the course of my Ph.D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My Ph.D. peers \u2014&nbsp;too many to name here \u2014 also contributed to my positive graduate school experience.
