�Ӱ�ԭ�� University’s Faculty of Engineering and Design (FED) has moved up two spots to No. 10 in Canada in the . FED’s electronics engineering profile ranked No. 4 in Canada, and for the first time, our civil engineering profile was ranked No. 9 nationally.

The U.S. News & World Report, a U.S.-based media company known for education analysis and global rankings, placed �Ӱ�ԭ��’s Faculty of Engineering and Design in the top 30 per cent of engineering schools worldwide. The rankings are based solely on academic research performance and international reputation.

�Ӱ�ԭ�� University President Wisdom Tettey and Provost L. Pauline Rankin have announced that Dr. Larry Kostiuk is stepping down as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Design (FED), effective July 31. Following an administrative leave, Dr. Kostiuk will return to FED as Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Effective August 1, 2025, Dr. Ronald Miller will assume the role of Dean on an interim basis until June 30, 2026.
