
Joseph McConkey holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Physics with a Computing option from Queen’s University and is pursuing an M.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University. As part of the EERL, his research focuses on measurement and uncertainty in methane emissions using aerial and UAV-based sensing approaches. His work includes the development and integration of supporting instrumentation and data-processing systems for UAV platforms, enabling reliable atmospheric measurements under real-world operating conditions. His research interests include instrumentation, measurement uncertainty, and applied sensing systems.
