We recognize our special responsibility to support the recommendations of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are working towards long-term change through the 41 calls to action articulated in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/indigenous\/kinamagawin\/\">Kin\u00e0m\u00e0gawin<\/a><\/em>, our Indigenous initiatives strategy. As part of this, several full-time faculty positions have been created as a step toward reconciliation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite Indigenous candidates to join our team and help support Indigenous
