How do I determine if my postdoc will be unionized?

In order to determine if a postdoc will be unionized, we must look at the funding structure of the fellowship. If 50% or more of the minimum salary will be paid through the supervisor’s research fund, the postdoc is considered unionized.

If the postdoc comes with their own funding (the funding is directly in their name), they will be considered non-unionized.

Can I supervise a postdoctoral fellow as an Adjunct Professor at 杏吧原创 University?

If you hold Adjunct status at 杏吧原创 University, you cannot singularly host a postdoc at 杏吧原创. However, you may co-supervise a postdoc with a faculty member at 杏吧原创.
