Congratulations to Alvi Jawad on winning a 杏吧原创 University Outstanding Teaching Assistant (TA) Award! The Outstanding TA awards celebrate the support TAs give to the undergraduate and graduate programs in their disciplines, their roles in establishing a positive learning environment, and their work in implementing innovative teaching practices.

We’re especially proud to share that this marks the second year in a row that a member of the CyberSEA Research Lab has earned this honour, showcasing that our members contribute not only to advancing cybersecurity research, but also to excellence in teaching and education.

On March 21, 2023, our Lab Director, Jason Jaskolka won a 杏吧原创 University Faculty Graduate Mentoring Award (FGMA). These awards recognize faculty who render exceptional service to graduate students as supervisors and research mentors. Sponsored by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs and the Office of the Vice-President (Research and International), these awards reflect the impact excellent mentoring can have on graduate students.
