id=\"adding-a-testimonials-block\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding a Testimonials Block<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To add a Testimonials block:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>+<\/strong> button and search for <strong>Testimonials<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Testimonials block.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add an image if desired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the testimonial text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a citation or attribution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The testimonial content becomes the main focus of the block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"adding-an-image\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding an Image<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Testimonials often include a photo of the individual providing the quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To add an image:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the block settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Choose Image<\/strong> or <strong>Select Image<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a new image or choose one from the Media Library.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recommended minimum image width:<\/strong> 768 pixels<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use clear, professional images whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"adding-testimonial-content\" this video on how to use the testimonials block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The testimonials block is a simple but powerful way to showcase positive feedback from your students or your community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You could showcase student success stories, faculty achievements or alumni experiences for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This helps to build trust and connection and can also add a personal touch to your website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#8217;s look at how to add this block. Click on the Block Inserter and then search for the <strong>testimonial block<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you&#8217;ve added that, you&#8217;ll see you have some options. First of all you can add an image. Note that the image needs to be at least 768 pixels wide. So I&#8217;ll just select something that I&#8217;ve already uploaded to my website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over here is where you&#8217;re going to put the content \u2013 your testimonial. You&#8217;ll see that you already have quotation marks so you don&#8217;t have to add them in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few options that you have with this block: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you click on the icon up here you can add a quote graphic. This nice little quote graphic in the background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And you can also add a citation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And one last option is you can link that citation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There you have it.
