Step-By-Step<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Add a new form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. From the main navigation menu, select Forms<\/strong>. Click New<\/strong> Form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Select Blank Form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Enter Form Title<\/strong> (required) and Form Description<\/strong> (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Click Create Form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edit a form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Use the fields located on the right-hand side of your screen to build the form. Click the fields or drag and drop them to add them to the editing area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Clicking on a field will prompt the options to <\/strong>1<\/strong>)<\/strong> <\/strong>Move, 2) Duplicate,<\/strong> open 3) Settings,<\/strong> and 4)Delete<\/strong> the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Select Settings<\/strong> to open the Field Settings<\/strong>, which allows you to customize the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. When you are done editing, click Save Form<\/strong> at the top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customize a Field<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you open the Field Settings<\/strong>, you will see the following tabs: General, Appearance, Advanced<\/strong> and Conditional Logic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the dropdown arrow at the right of each tab to access settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
