How to print from your Windows device<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Note: only Windows 10 and newer is supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Connect your Windows device to CU Wireless<\/strong> using your My 杏吧原创 One username and password.\n

    3. Ensure you have money in the Convenience account on your Campus Card<\/strong> to pay for the print job\n

      1. Click here to access the Campus Card web card centre to check your balance<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click here to add funds to your Campus Card Convenience account<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. I know I have money in my Convenience account, but the printer says I have $0\n

        1. There may be a hold on your Campus Card account, please contact the Campus Card office<\/a> to ask if it can be removed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Download & Install the Mobility Print Windows app<\/a><\/strong>\n

          1. Run the Mobility Print installer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Click \u201cOkay\u201d to begin installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Choose \u201cI accept the agreement\u201d, then click Next<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Choose \u201cCUontheGO\u201d (or \u201cMobility-Print\u201d) as your printer, then click Next.\n
