Titled,\u00a0<em>Building a better webinar: A view through experience and research into best practices<\/em>, the webinar presenters, Jeannie An and Jill Bedford, walked attendees through\u00a0key tips and pointers for creating the best possible webinar to\u00a0reach your target audience.
