\"foodDuring the holiday season there is always so much food left over. \u00a0It’s like trying to fit a week\u2019s worth of food into one dinner, it just can’t be done. But now you\u2019ve got leftovers galore! There are plenty of options for handling the abundance of leftover food without having to throw it out. \u00a0You can package it and have it for lunches for the next couple days, freeze it, or make something else out of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead of wrapping your food in plastic wrap, use something more sustainable and environmentally friendly like a reusable container. From there you can decide whether you want want to put it in the freezer or fridge. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Alternatively, you could also use the leftovers to make something new. \u00a0Chicken pot pie, shepherd’s pie, and <\/span>chicken noodle soup<\/span><\/a> are great meal ideas for utilizing your leftovers<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
