One of the remarkable outcomes of the work of the Service aux collectivites at the University of Quebec at MontrealÌý is Regime de Retraite, a pension plan for employees of community and women’s organizations in Quebec.Ìý With some 3,000 members and a healthy investment fund, the plan provides the economic security of good pension benefits to support the retirement of workers in the non-profit and social sector.
