Back in 2013, CFICE team members attended the ANSER conference to present on the project’s first year of operations, and to share their knowledge on ‘putting community first’. Specifically, they participated in a round table panel and discussed聽some of the lessons, achievements and challenges from their Year 1 experience. They also invited the audience聽to share some of their experiences with community-campus engagement (CCE) and to discuss the implications of trying to put community first for the broader field of non-profit and social economy studies.
