The Public Health Agency of Canada is seeking contributions for a special issue of Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention in Canada: Research, Policy and Practice聽on the Food Environment in Canada.
All article types are invited for submission. The publication is聽seeking research relating to all aspects of food environment, which may include, but is not limited to, food composition, labeling, promotion and marketing, provision and procurement, retail, prices, and trade and investment. In particular, the publication is聽seeking articles that:
- Characterize the current Canadian food environment
- Examine the impact of food environment policies and interventions in the Canadian context
- Synthesize evidence regarding the state of the food environment in Canada
