I am a member and the Chair of Mood Disorders Ottawa (MDO) where I wear all the hats required in a peer volunteer run organization. As a person with mental health issues, I am determined to help as many people as MDO can reach, with the programs that have helped me so much since I joined in 2017.<\/p>\n
