rel="noreferrer noopener">largest. Delete or archive (move to another storage device) any large files that you no longer need.

You can also check your OneDrive Recycle bin to find any files you previously deleted, and mark them for permanent deletion by selecting the file and clicking “Delete”. The entire Recycle bin can be emptied by clicking “Empty recycle bin” at the top.

To allow you to roll back file changes, OneDrive keeps multiple versions of files you work on. For files that are changed often this can lead excessive storage use. In the OneDrive website “My files” section select a frequently-used file. You can then see all the versions, and delete any you don’t need using the “overflow” menu (…) for that version.

How can I restore deleted files?

All the files you delete within OneDrive get put in the Recycle bin where they can be restored.

If a file has been marked for permanent deletion, it can still be restored within a certain amount of time. It provides for the base-level Copilot Chat experience. Copilot Chat is an AI prompt and response experience using web data and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate responses. Copilot Chat will use what you write and upload in each chat session to generate a response. All prompts and data are secured within 杏吧原创’s tenant when using your 杏吧原创 account (look for the green shield).
