Forms are a useful way to collect data from visitors to your website. For an example, see this sample form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Creating a form<\/h3>\n

  1. Add a new Form using the side or top menu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter a form title and description. You will have the option to show or hide the title and description when displaying your form on a page.<\/li>\n
  3. Click\u00a0Create Form<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. This will bring you to the\u00a0Edit<\/strong> tab of the form menu. This tutorial will address editing the fields found in this tab.\"\"\n

      Editing a form\"\"<\/h3>\n

      1. You will need to build your form by adding and editing fields. Start by choosing a field from the menus on the right side. There are many different types of fields you can insert. This sample form<\/a> demonstrates some of the most common types of fields.<\/li>\n
      2. Add a field by clicking on it. Your field will appear in the main form editing section.<\/li>\n
      3. Customize your field by clicking on it.\n

        1. You can change the field title under\u00a0Field Label<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. You can add or edit the\u00a0Description<\/strong><\/li>\n
        3. Under Rules<\/strong>, you can toggle on that a field is Required<\/strong> or disallow duplicates by toggling\u00a0No Duplicates<\/strong><\/li>\n
        4. There are also many other ways you can customize specific types of fields. Next to each, there should be a question mark icon that will give you more information on the setting if clicked.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        5. Add and customize more fields using the same method as above.<\/li>\n
        6. You can rearrange your fields by dragging the top of the field up or down.<\/li>\n
