The Media Library is the place on your website where your uploaded documents are stored, such as files and images.<\/p>\n

Managing the Media Library<\/h3>\n

  1. Access the Media Library by hovering over Media<\/strong> in the side menu and clicking on Library.\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. From this screen, you can add new media and edit or delete existing media.<\/li>\n
  3. To add new media, click the\u00a0Add New<\/strong> button next to the Media Library title.\"\"\n

    1. From there, you can drag and drop your file or browse your device using the Select Files<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. To edit media, click on the media you’d like to edit. You can also use the search bar to locate media, or filter media using the dropdown menu under All media items.<\/strong>\n

      1. From here, you can add or edit alternative text, the title, caption, and description. You can also find a link to the document in the\u00a0Copy Link<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. To delete media, you can click\u00a0Delete Permanently<\/strong> at the bottom of the edit media page<\/li>\n
      3. To delete multiple documents at once, click\u00a0Bulk Select<\/strong> on the Media Library menu. \"\"\n

        1. Then, choose the media you would like to delete and click the Delete Permanently\u00a0<\/strong>button in the Media Library menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Adding Media Library content to your page<\/h3>\n

          1. Edit the content to which you would like to add your media.<\/li>\n
          2. Click the Add Media<\/strong> button above the editor.<\/li>\n
          3. You can then choose any media you’ve uploaded to the Media Library by clicking on it.<\/li>\n
          4. In the right hand menu that appears once you have chosen a piece of media, you can also edit the alt text, title, caption, and description as well as edit images and delete the content permanently.<\/li>\n
          5. To add your media, click\u00a0Insert Element<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
