Projects of interest may range in scope from impact evaluations of innovative strategies for delivering Federal programs to needs assessments conducted to more efficiently target services.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>Institutions eligible to submit a Full Proposal include academic institutions, research or policy institutes, and governmental entities (except Federal agencies). Nonprofit service providers, federal agencies, and other entities are welcome to partner with researchers from an eligible institution to submit a full proposal. Federal agency staff with an interest in the Census Bureau Linkage Infrastructure should contact Melissa Chiu at &#x4d;&#x65;&#x6c;&#x69;&#x73;&#x73;&#x61;&#x2e;&#x43;&#x2e;&#x43;&#104;&#105;&#117;&#064;census.go&#x76;.<\/p>\n<h3>Funding Available<\/h3>\n<p>Selected projects do not receive a monetary award.
