According to the media release \u201cThese findings further support current public health recommendations to limit intake of meat,\u201d says Dr. Christopher Wild, Director of IARC, \u201cat the same time red meat has nutritional value. Therefore these results are important for enabling governments and international regulatory agencies to conduct risk assessments, in order to balance the risks and benefits to eating red meat and processed meat and to provide the best possible dietary recommendations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Christopher Wild will be delivering a public lecture at 杏吧原创 University in Ottawa on November 6.
