I recently got a standing desk at work. I’m glad to read about research related to the potential health benefits. I end up standing approximately 4 hrs per day, and feel more energized and less tired during the day. Like one of the studies mentioned, I also find myself sitting less outside of work, now that I’m used to standing. Overall I feel healthier.
