Cas Mudde received his PhD at Leiden University in the Netherlands and has taught at universities throughout Europe and the United States. His most recent book,ÌýPopulist Radical Right Parties in Europe(Cambridge University Press, 2007), was aÌýChoiceÌýOutstanding Academic Title and won the Stein Rokkan Prize (both in 2008).
