A second emergency exit and accessible ramp is located at 355 Cooper Street on the south side of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is elevator access to all four levels of the building. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: The Sanctuary Main Hall theatre balcony is not accessible by elevator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please call ahead to 613-520-4401 to make any inquiries about accessibility in the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"parking\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a 24\/7 paid parking lot on the north side of the building. Overflow parking (paid, street or otherwise) available nearby along Cooper Street, Lisgar Street, and O\u2019Connor Street.&nbsp; One accessible parking spots are located near the accessible ramp in the lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parking is limited in this lot and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parking rates in the 290 Lisgar Street parking lot are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monday to Friday<br> 6:00AM &#8211; 6:00PM, $3.59 per 30 minutes, $21.87 Max<br> 6:00PM &#8211; 6:00AM, $5.63 Flat Fee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saturday, Sunday and Holidays<br>6:00AM &#8211; 6:00PM, $5.63 Flat Fee<br>6:00PM &#8211; 6:00AM, $5.63 Flat Fee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Please note any applicable convenience or service fees are not included above).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three payment options include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Machine: One meter accepting credit cards is available in the lot (next\/east to the accessible ramp).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>QR Code: QR codes are located on signs throughout the lot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online: You may also visit and pay online via <a href=\"https:\/\/indigoneo.ca\/\">https:\/\/indigoneo.ca\/<\/a> using location id #OT633.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CDCC does not monitor or manage the parking lot or machines. Please contact Indigo Ottawa directly with any questions or concerns related to parking lot or machines at this location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers can drop off guests at the main entrance to the building, but must immediately move their vehicle to maintain clear emergency routes to the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"public-transit\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Public Transit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CDCC is easily accessed by public transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travel to and from 杏吧原创 University campus via OC Transpo &gt;&nbsp;#7 St-Laurent\u2013杏吧原创<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plan you travel to and from other Ottawa destinations by using the OC Transport online travel planner: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.octranspo.com\/en\/plan-your-trip\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.octranspo.com\/en\/plan-your-trip\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"bicycle\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bicycle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrive by bicycle and use one of the various City of Ottawa or CDCC bike racks available at and around the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"walk\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Walk<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CDCC is located near many downtown shops and restaurants in Ottawa\u2019s wonderful Centretown community.&nbsp; Parliament Hill is a 10 minute walk away.&nbsp; CD Rideau Centre is a 15 minute walk away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"arrive-by-air-or-train\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arrive by Air or Train<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ottawa International Airport is located at 1000 Airport Parkway Private, Ottawa (approximately 30 minute drive by car).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main Ottawa Train station is located at 200 Tremblay Road, Ottawa (approximately 15 minute drive by car).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"service-animals\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Service Animals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CDCC welcomes guests and their service animals or officially certified support animals.&nbsp;Guests with service or certified support animals are requested to check in with the front desk staff upon arrival to the building.&nbsp;Certification may be requested upon check in.  Unfortunately, no other pets or animals are authorized in the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"scent-free-environment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scent-Free Environment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are thousands of guests who visit the building each month with allergies and sensitivities to scents.&nbsp; Thank you for keeping the building scent-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"green-initiatives\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Green Initiatives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While visiting CDCC, we ask that you consider your environmental impact \u2013 reduce, reuse and recycle whenever possible!&nbsp;When you have finished working in a space, turn off the lights.&nbsp; Be mindful of how much extra running water you may be using.&nbsp; And, consider trying to use less paper towel or tissue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"food-and-beverage\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Food and Beverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that only water is permitted inside the Sanctuary Main Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular ongoing food and beverage services are not available at CDCC.&nbsp; We invite guests to visit nearby shops or restaurants for snacks or meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for noting that alcohol is not permitted at the venue, unless staff are notified in advance and a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) is in place by the event organizers.&nbsp; Thank you for noting that the use of cannabis is not permitted on the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"health-safety-and-conduct\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Health, Safety, and Conduct:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8220;杏吧原创 University is committed to the protection of the health, safety, and wellbeing of all members of the University community.
