You should search for material that will provide you with a basic understanding of the organization\u2019s products\/<s> <\/s>services to help you to better engage with the employer during their visit.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Based on your research, you can prepare a list of relevant questions you would like to ask the employer. Try to focus on topics beyond what you can find on their website. For example, \u201cHow are you leveraging AI in your workplace?\u201d or \u201cWhat does an entry-level versus a more senior role look like?\u201d or \u201cWhat are the biggest organizational priorities at the moment?\u201d\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have your resume reviewed by <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/career\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Career Services<\/a> prior to the session.
