You can log in to the system at <a href=\"https:\/\/brightspace.carleton.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">brightspace.carleton.ca<\/a> using your MC1 credentials.<\/p>\n<p>The new system will provide several key advantages, including a faster, more reliable system and 24\/7 technical support.\u202fGet to know the new interface by checking out the new MediaSpace channel where you\u2019ll find Brightspace tours from <a href=\"http:\/\/lists.carleton.ca\/t\/420248\/2582368\/11959\/4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">instructor<\/a>\u202fand\u202f<a href=\"http:\/\/lists.carleton.ca\/t\/420248\/2582368\/11960\/5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">student<\/a> perspectives.\u202fMore videos are\u202fin production, including a TA tour of Brightspace,\u202fand will be available soon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Access Support <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D2L provides on-demand technical support for Brightspace 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. You\u2019ll be able to get answers to your questions anytime via email, chat and phone.
