This Algonquin College developed Quiz Question Generator provides an easy way of creating a collection of questions that can be imported into D2L Brightspace quizzes. The Brightspace Quiz Question Generator<\/a> helps simplify the quiz creation process. Below you will find instructions on how to generate quiz questions<\/a> and import the questions into a Brightspace quiz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

\n\t\tBrightspace Quiz Question Generator<\/a>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

<\/a>Generating Quiz Questions with the Brightspace Quiz Question Generator<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Go to edc.carleton.ca\/brightspace\/quiz\/generator\/<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Enter a Quiz Name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Question Type Samples<\/em> drop-down and select a Question Type<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Create<\/strong> to view a sample question. Refer to the Question\u00a0Types\u00a0document<\/a>\u00a0for how to properly format your questions.<\/li>\n
  5. Copy and paste your questions from a word document or type them in the box below.\"\"<\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0Generate Test Questions.<\/strong><\/strong>

    NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong>If\u00a0the Test Generator fails, review the questions in red. It could mean the format is not correct or something is missing.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
  7. \u00a0Once the test questions are generated, click the Download Questions for Brightspace<\/strong> button.\"\"<\/li>\n
  8. Save the .csv file to your computer. You can now import the questions into Brightspace.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    4. The Manage Quizze<\/em>s page will open. Click on your quiz<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. Under the Quiz Questions<\/em> heading, click Add\/Edit Questions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. Click Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
