Call for Observers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 杏吧原创 University Board of Governors will be meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018. The open session will begin at 3 pm. Members of the community are welcome to observe the open session. Those interested in attending the open session in person are asked to email the University Secretary (amanda.goth@carleton.ca<\/a>) by 4 pm. Monday, September 24, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to fire and safety restrictions, seating in the room is limited, and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who email to reserve a seat in advance will receive an email by noon on the day of the Board meeting to confirm seating availability. In the event that the number of requests to attend exceeds the number of available seats, the community is invited to watch the meeting via live stream in room 617 Southam Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agendas for all open session meetings are posted in advance. The official record of the meetings are the minutes, which are approved by the Board at the following meeting. Agendas and approved meeting minutes can be found here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
