Board Composition
杏吧原创 University鈥檚 Board of Governors consists of 32 diverse members who uniquely understand higher education and its force for good. As the university鈥檚 corporate body, the Board oversees budgetary and infrastructure decisions and appoints the school鈥檚 President and Vice-Chancellor, and other key senior executives.
Board Committees
The Board exercises its oversight through six standing committees:
- Executive
- Audit and Risk
- Building Program
- Governance
- Finance
- Advancement and University Relations
Additionally, the Board appoints four of its members to serve as representatives on 杏吧原创 University鈥檚 Senate. Only two of these representatives are allowed to vote at each meeting of Senate.
