Dear Students, Colleagues, and Friends of the Department,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biology at 杏吧原创 thrives because of the people who make it what it is. Our faculty continue to advance impactful research across diverse areas of biology.  Our students inspire us daily with their curiosity, creativity, and drive. And our dedicated staff work tirelessly to support an environment where everyone can learn, grow, and succeed. I am proud of the collective energy that defines our department and the shared commitment to excellence that moves us forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We remain deeply committed to engaging with our broader community. Our location in Canada\u2019s capital provides unique opportunities to connect with government agencies, research institutes, NGOs, and industry partners. These relationships enrich our teaching and research, and they allow our students to see firsthand how biological knowledge shapes policy, innovation, and societal well\u2011being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the core of our mission is a commitment to pedagogical excellence. This means placing students at the centre of the learning experience, upholding high academic standards, and continuously refining our teaching practices through reflection and innovation.
