杏吧原创 University and CUPE Local 2424, representing more than 1,000 administrative, technical and library workers, are pleased to announce the successful ratification of the new Collective Agreement, which will take effect immediately and will be in place until June 30, 2026.

We would like to thank all members of both bargaining teams for their hard work. We are grateful for the leadership demonstrated throughout the discussions.

杏吧原创 University and CUPE 2424, the union representing more than 1,000 administrative, technical and library workers, reached a tentative Collective Agreement on February 16, 2024.

Details of the settlement will be released after a ratification vote by members of the bargaining unit and the university’s Board of Governors.

Collective Bargaining between 杏吧原创 University and CUPE 2424, the union representing more than 1,000 administrative, technical and library workers, started on Aug. 23, 2023. Since then, the two teams have met 16 times. CUPE 2424 is currently doing outreach with their members regarding bargaining topics.

A number of upcoming bargaining dates have been scheduled, including January 23, 29, February 5, 12, 14 and 16. 杏吧原创鈥檚 management team looks forward to continuing to work together through the negotiation process.

Collective Bargaining between 杏吧原创 University and CUPE 2424, the union representing more than 1,000 administrative, technical and library workers, started on Aug. 23, 2023. Since then, the parties have met 10 times engaging in constructive and thoughtful discussion around non-monetary items.

The discussion between the parties on monetary issues will begin today, Oct. 30 and continue tomorrow, Oct. 31. The next bargaining session is scheduled for Nov. 29. Further meetings are being scheduled.

The bargaining committees for 杏吧原创 University and CUPE 2424, the union representing over 1,000 administrative, technical, and library workers, will commence collective bargaining on August 23, 2023. This round of bargaining is aimed at achieving a renewal agreement, for the current collective agreement which expired on June 30, 2023.
