Ph.D. Position in Bioactive Peptide Chemistry<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for an ambitious candidate to join our group as a PhD student in food peptide chemistry<\/em><\/strong>. The PhD research will involve the study of the chemical reactivity of food-derived peptides and their biological implications evaluated in model systems.<\/p>\n

The PhD research will be conducted in the Department of Chemistry, 杏吧原创 University, Canada (with Prof. Apollinaire Tsopmo) and in the School of Nutrition Sciences at the University of Ottawa, Canada (with Prof. Chibuike Udenigwe). The successful candidate will enrol as a PhD student in the Ottawa-杏吧原创 Chemistry Institute<\/a>.<\/p>\n
