Dr Carlos Bazan, a professor of civil engineering at Memorial and聽聽PhD student also attend and contribute to the meeting and technical discussion that has led to initiating a collaborative research project on “Investigation and Development of Improved Asphalt Mixture Specification for Pothole Repair” and “Sustainable Winter Road Maintenance” with the City.
