She has worked in various academic departments at ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ University for the past 13 years, including the Educational Development Centre, Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs, and Global and International Studies. She received a PhD from the School of Indigenous and Canadian Studies in 2016 and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Political Science in 2001.
