You\u2019re invited to \u201cHands: Medium & Massage<\/a><\/strong>\u201d, an art exhibit featuring the works of Dr. Merlyna Lim, Canada Research Chair in Digital Media and Global Network Society at ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ University. Through her work, Dr. Lim wishes to bring narratives of moments, events, and phenomena closer to the audience while unravelling her experiences and emotions and giving the audience a space to insert their own interpretations. Using hands as a focal point, \u201cHands: Medium & Massage\u201d visualizes our ambiguous and complex relationship with the immaterial and material world, everyday techno-social lives, and the hyper-mediated environment we inhabit. The series creates a moment and space for re-thinking the existence and roles of \u201chands\u201d as \u201cmedium & massage\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
