These commentaries have been largely produced by graduate students, under the supervision of <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/align\/people\/merlyna\/\">Professor Merlyna Lim<\/a>, while taking her graduate seminars: either COMS5200 Civic Media, COMS5214 Internet, Infrastructure &amp; Materialities or COMS5214 The Local and the Global.
