As a Visiting Fellow with Arthur Kroeger College from 1999 to 2004, Ed shared his passion for social democracy with our students, to whom he was a dedicated mentor. Former College Director, Eileen Saunders, recalls that he was &nbsp;\u201ca delightful colleague in the College, an inspiring presence for our students, and a reliable source of wit and wisdom.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He set an example of rigorous scholarship and, above all, leadership with integrity.&nbsp; We extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs is saddened to learn of the death of Ed Broadbent.
