The Public Affairs and Policy Management (PAPM) program, and the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs, is saddened to learn of the death of Abel Mengistab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abel, who had just completed his third year of studies, was a valued member of our community. His interest in public policy was rooted in his commitment to social justice and anti-racism, a commitment he also lived through his political activism. He will be sorely missed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have been advised that Abel’s family is hosting a celebration of his life this Thursday at noon that will stream live on YouTube here: https:\/\/youtu.be\/5IhvRsao3O8<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
