Fall\/Winter 2015-2016<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Article 16.3 of the CUPE 4600 Unit 2 Collective Agreement, subject to Article 16.2 and 16.4 through 16.7, applications are invited from members of the CUPE 4600 bargaining unit and other interested persons to teach the following Public Affairs and Policy Management courses during the Fall 2015 and Winter 2016 term.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The specific courses requiring CIs are listed below and course descriptions are available here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previous teaching experience in the subject area will be an asset.  Contract Instructor stipends are $6,745 per 0.5 credit course and $13, 490 for a 1.0 credit course.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Review of applications and hiring decisions will be made in accordance with the CUPE 4600 (Unit 2) Collective Agreement.  Please note that the review of applications will commence no earlier than 21 calendar days after the date posted and continue until the position is filled.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please Note: These courses may be taught by incumbents who have the right to automatic reappointment.   All positions are subject to budgetary approval.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per Article 15.3 of the current CUPE 4600 Unit 2 Collective Agreement, applicants are required to submit an up to date CV, including a complete listing of all courses taught within the CUPE 4600 Unit 2 bargaining unit at 杏吧原创 University. Candidates who have already contacted the department and submitted a CV recently need only indicate their interest in particular courses. NOTE that when applying to classes for which they have incumbency, applicants shall not be required to (re)submit documentation beyond their updated CV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per Articles 16.3-16.4 in the CUPE 4600-2 Collective Agreement, the posted vacancies listed above are first offered to applicants meeting the incumbency criterion.
